The Swazi Plaza is looking for reputable service providers to apply to our Supplier Database for vendors of the Kiddies Carnival.

Engagement Terms:

  1. The Kiddies Carnival brings approximately over 500 children to the venue; please only engage this application if you have the capacity to accommodate such numbers
  2. Applying to the Swazi Plaza Properties Supplier Database does not automatically grant prospective suppliers permission or approval to work. All Swazi Plaza Properties Procurement procedures shall be followed accordingly.
    1. Quotations will be requested by  Swazi Plaza Properties
    2. Quotations will be reviewed under applicable terms suitable (capacity, cost etc)
    3. Purchase Orders will be supplied to selected suppliers
    4. Work/Services are supplied accordingly and Invoiced by suppliers
  3. Employees of Swazi Plaza Properties and their immediate families are not eligible to apply to the database.
  4. Submit accurate information, including the contact person’s full name, email and contact number(s).
  5. Make sure all your details are entered correctly, in the following formats:
    1. Cell/Phone Number: 8 digits (e.g: 7612 3457 | 2123 4567)
    2. Email: e.g: email@address.com
  6. By filling in this form, you give Swazi Plaza Properties the consent to collect your information
    1. You may be required to produce further documentation for review, capacity and authenticity checks.
    2. Your information shall not be shared with any third parties.

HOW TO APPLY

  • If you are successful in your application, you will receive a notification alerting you of your success and how you will be engaged for your services.
