Swazi Plaza Properties (Pty) Ltd is looking to appoint two experienced building maintenance officers to their team.

General building maintenance officer.
- Job Overview
The incumbent reports to the maintenance supervisor and will be required to carry out general building maintenance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for general maintenance tasks as determined by the supervisor such as; plumbing, roof maintenance and waterproofing, paving, painting and general building maintenance tasks that may arise from time to time.
- Educational Requirements
- Possess a general certificate in construction and or related field.
- 3 years’ experience working in a building maintenance or related environment
- Have fairly good communication, analytical skills and be of sober habits.
- Must possess a driver’s license with more than three years active driving
- Be a team player, willing to work flexible hours on demand and on weekends
Basic computing skills, excel spreadsheet competencies and traceable experience in plumbing and general construction works will be an added advantage.
