Swazi Plaza Properties (Pty) Ltd is 100% owned by the Industrial Development Company of Eswatini (IDCE) and is incorporated in Eswatini under Certificate No. 72 of 1977. It is approximately 45 years old, measuring about 44,000 square metres. It remains a vital hub centered at the heart of the Kingdom’s capital, Mbabane. Developing itself from just one building, the Swazi Plaza has extended itself into ten more buildings with a three-story 20,000 square metres parking garage.
