TO ALL PROSPECTIVE SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SEEKING TO DO BUSINESS WITH SWAZI PLAZA PROPERTIES (PROPRIETARY) LIMITED

The main purpose of the supplier database is to promote ethical business practices, to give equal opportunities to qualifying companies / persons and to ensure supplies and services procured meet minimum quality standards and satisfy Swazi Plaza quality expectations.

Preference for work with the Swazi Plaza will be given to suppliers and service providers registered on the company database save for exceptional services not readily available.

Swazi Plaza Properties reserves the right to procure services from any service provider outside the approved vendors where the listed and approved service providers do not have the skills necessary for that particular assignment.

Below, please find the official online registration form to assist us with the registration of prospective suppliers on the database.

NOTE:

1. A company profile (must be attached to the form)
2. After the closing date no new applicants will be accepted for a period of one year.
3. A none refundable registration fee of E500.00 should be made to the company’s bank account as reflected below:

The prospective Vendor is to provide proof of payment of the deposit when completing the registration form together with the additional information required. The Application form and related documents should be completed online. DO NOT email any of the required documents or proof of payment.

The Opening Date for the System and Application is 12:00AM Monday, the 13th of July 2020.
Closing Date is 11:59PM Thursday, the 13th of August 2020.

This application form MUST be completed by vendors in order to register in the Swazi Plaza Procurement Vendor Database system. The following information and documents MUST accompany this form. Where the required documents are not attached with the form and are later submitted for that particular prospect supplier, that particular application will not be registered in the vendor database procurement system.

In addition to the requirements listed below, Swazi Plaza Properties reserves the right to evaluate the prospective vendor on the financial competence of the prospective vendor to do business with the Swazi Plaza. (confirm ITC status of the prospective vendor/Directors/ Shareholders). Swazi Plaza reserves the right to do further reviews of the vendor / Directors / shareholders should she deem that necessary.
